My son attended this school briefly teachers were kind and security very visable and helpful prinicipal dedicated and firm but the school is so crowded at lunchtimes that my son often had to sit on a bench and eat on his lap. Some kids look like they should be in high school hard for a small kid to make friends at this school.

I feel that bullying should not be tolerated at anytime. And if that arises then the student should be exspelled and have to repeat the grade they are in. Plain and simple. It should not be tolerating at any level at anytime.............

My oldest daughter is on her 2nd year with Denison. I would give the school a 1 because she has been constantly bullied while attending their. Each year it gets worse. Ive called the school numerous of times about the bulling and they just said to fill out a slip but they NEVER do anything about it. The bullying is to the point she is in distress and doesn't want to go to school. The bullies know the school wont do anything so reporting it to the office does NOTHING to help her. I am looking into changing schools soon because I can no longer watch my oldest daughter be in so much distress with these kids. These parents need to step up and teach these kids Bullying is NOT okay.

Im a student here and I like this school. Its a good place. Its kinda small but I know almost everybody. And all kids are rude so you cant say only the ones here are. It could have a few improvements like a larger Cafeteria and maybe a gym but i love my school and my friends there.

Great School dedicated teachers. Parents need to be involved. They improved their school grade 1 letter last year.

This school is awesome the staff actually cares about the students education.

We do the best we can. There are LOTS of discipline problems but a teacher can only do so much. Often times when a child disrespects us and causes trouble the problem only compounds when parents are notified because their child would NEVER do those things. It has been a LONG year!

This school has wonderful staff who really care about middle school students. The school offers programs that students enjoy and works hard to make all students successful. It is worth remembering that this school serves students from all backgrounds and with various attitudes about school. I am impressed with the caring attitude and consumate skill of the adults in the school.

this school is the worst school i've ever attended. It is preposterous! Curriculum is outdated and staff is absurd school cannot provide enough money to send children on fieldtrips.this school is so dangerous that everyday theres a fight and someone gets hurt.so if you want your kids to be hurt or even go jail for fighting then this is the perfect school for you.Don't get me wrong some of the teachers are quite qualified and care about the students' well being. But since times are tough and money is tight no one is to be blamed for the inconvieniences.

This is a great school. The staff feels that every student is important and works hard to see that each student is successful. My student received a top-notch education during his three years here.

My Son goes to this school and I think it's a terrible school. He is failing every class and I rarely get a phone call or email from anyone. He was absent (cutting school) and it took them two weeks to notify me.

The teachers are nice and they try to educate the kids the best they can. What I have noticed though is the administration is lacking. They don't seem to care if the kids are getting the best education; test score are more important.

My kids go there and they love it great teachers excellent grades. I have happy my children attend this school!

I have not been impressed with this school. The kids are rude. Why can the kids not carry backpacks? They have no lockers. Why make middle school any hard than it is let them carry backpacks. If the reason is safty them why do the high school kids carry them?

Denison is a great school with a wonderful staff that believes in raising expectations and always striving to improve. My kids star in the middle of the first semester in 2005 and in a few days they were able to feel part of the school. They said that the teacher care and help them to succeed. The only thing that we didn't like it was the amount of kids that are not putting any effort and they are just losing the wonderful opportunity of learning from those great teachers. Well I believed that is happening in all schools in these days.
