CW West - My daughter attended this school in 1st grade and experienced bullying. After many several meetings with the school staff it had seemed that there was not much involvement on their end to rectify the issues. We had moved her to Oley SD in 2nd grade where she is now in 7th grade happy improved grades and 100% no bullying. Now our son who has attended this school since kindergarten has also experienced the same bullying issues and at one point was being punched in the stomach on the bus. And again I am experiencing the same type off issues bullying little to no positive advancements from the teachers or counselor. Our son is in second grade and my husband and I are looking to relocate asap. We are both college educated individuals and want the best for our children. This district is NOT a good school district to say the least. I would NOT recommend this school to anyone who wants their children to have a positive school experience and a good education.

This school is one of the oldest schools in the district. The faculty and staff have dedicated themselves to each and every student that attends this school. They are a pleasure to deal with and their dedication is shown in every conversation you have with them about your child or any issue with the district. They host family nights that are so much fun for the kids and really try to keep our kids healthy and active. I am so proud to say that my kids go to Conrad Weiser!!!

This school is fine. Extracurricular activities are handled by non-school entities like the Lions club assemblies by PTA. Teacher quality depends on the teacher some gems exist. Collaboration is rare. PTA is the only involvement for parents unless a teacher does more. Class/teacher assignments are posted only the week before school on the door. SpecialEd kids are placed in the gen ed classroom but kid and teacher are given few supports. PT and OT contracted from Austills. Positive behavior plans are cookie cutter and soon ignored. No autistic support class no VB class just LS ES. Good aides. School policy (unwritten) is don't refer kids at risk (emotional/behavioral/social/academic) until G3. Reading skills are poor at K G1 most can't. Low turnover with staff. Two newish playgrounds.
