My husband and I decided to send our daughter to St. Mary's starting in the 8th grade. She is a quiet girl that got lost in the large public school system. The small close knit environment that this school provided has allowed her to flourish as a "person". The teachers and curriculum are outstanding !!! I can't say enough positive things about this school and how it changed our lives. I love the small classes and 1 1 attention she gets. We now have our youngest daughter there for junior high and really could not be happier!

An innovative and Catholic faith based education where the instruction and attention by staff and teachers to students needs is unparalleled nor replicated or duplicated anywhere else. This school provides an all around educational experience that lasts a lifetime. The leaders of tomorrow are sitting in our classrooms today - wont you join us?

I am a former graduate of St. Mary's school. This is one of the only family-based schools still in existence. The entire school is "one big family". St. Mary's has the BEST faculty and has the typical relationship a parent would have with their child. I cannot tell enough great things about this school. It has been several years since I have graduated yet if I was to see one of my past teachers they immediately address me by my first AND LAST name. As a matter of fact my kindergarten teacher (who I had 30+ yrs ago) not only remembers my name but also my birthday along with my other 3 siblings'. St. Mary's is a hidden jewel! If you were to send your child to this GREAT school they would be heading for a successful future with the much needed knowledge but also know how to respect and honor. Nothing but "CLASS A" people graduate from this school

My parents and I choose St. Mary's Jr/Sr High for the small community. It's my first year and everyone excepted me right away. The teachers know you after the second day they know your learning style. The teachers stay after everyday and some go in early so you ca n get extra help if you need it.

One of the most attentive caring set of instructors and staff. Kids can't help but succeed in their endeavors when they are recognized by name and face instead of a number. I intend to send my children to this longstanding well respected institutions. There is no second choice for us. I look forward to becoming part of this community.

We chose this school because of the small class sizes and 1 1 attention students receive. My daughter loves getting up and going to school. So different from the 8th grade she was in last year.

This is a fantastic school with a great teaching staff and state of the art facilities nestled in an older building that my child and I find charming. Located in the heart of the city we love the location (easy to get to) and the feeling of being a part of a family. I highly recommend Saint Mary s.

My son began seventh grade at St. Mary's this year. We decided on this school because of the small size. The teachers have been very attentive to my son's learning style. They continually communicate with us regarding his progress. The academic rigor is outstanding. I am very pleased with the school and glad that we decided to send him there. The education he is receiving in outstanding.

I am a student now attending St. Mary's for the second year. During my first year I was like every student. We all want no uniforms and allowed to chew gum. Although we dont get what we want everyone is nice so that you have no problem with them. The teachers care about your education as well as the student. The activities given to us bring the students closer as friends and give us service to the school. Overall this is a very good school.

I went to this school and it's a great school for your 'average' student because everyone's lumped into the same classes together. The people in the middle of the class get the most out of the experience. The ones at the bottom may not be able to keep up the ones at the top aren't stretched to their potential. On the plus side if you're bright it's easier to get to the top of the class and that helps when it comes to applying for colleges. The downside is that you will struggle if you go to a top ranked university because you don't have the same base others do especially in math and science. I was a straight A math student at this school but I flunked math my first year in college and it took awhile to catch up to my peers.

I think that the classes provide a great education. Because of the small class sizes I have a chance to learn more and ask questions. The teachers are very friendly and also are great for advice if needed at any time. The teachers get all the work done that's needed for a class and yes homework more or less depending on which grade you are in. The principal is very friendly and understands some things that may come up. He can be nice but also strict to some of those who break rules. As for extracurricular activities your child will have a great chance to be on the sports teams because of the school's small population.
