This unit is two-story with the kitchen, living room, half bath and a smaller bedroom on the main level. Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the upper level. Each apartment has a fireplace in the living room, and an extra storage closet in the enclosed/common hallway on the north side of the building. There's a communal laundry room on the property for all units to share. This apartment is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a wall A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
