Additional amenities include one off-street parking space. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. The landlord provides garbage and landscaping for common areas. The resident is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, and all other utilities. Water/sewer is billed back to residents using a RUBS system dependent on occupancy. The residents are responsible for maintaining personal patios. $1,900.00 per month, $1,900.00 fully refundable security deposit.
