This space would be best for a single person or couple, but can accommodate a small family. There are many food options within walking distance as well as a laundromat two blocks away. There is an elementary school one block away. The unit is 5 minutes from I-610 with easy access to the French Quarter and Fairgrounds. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of friendly neighbors; there is a true sense of community. My husband and I are around almost every day to assist with any needs. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 25 pounds) permitted. Tenants are responsible for keeping shared areas (laundry room, balcony, yard) reasonably maintained. Owner will cut grass.
