This is the kind of neighborhood where you actually know your neighbors and people walk their (very cute) dogs in the evening. Once you pull off of Belmont or 21st and into the neighborhood, things feel a bit calmer. There are sidewalks on many of the streets and traffic is light. Many long term residents in the area, with a very old Nashville vibe. The upstairs neighbors are long-term tenants (read: stable). Parking is ample. Water's included.
