This 24' diameter yurt sits on top of two shipping containers that provide a 360 view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, the Mesa and the towns of Taos, Arroyo Seco, and El Prado. There are 28 steps going up to the front door of the yurt and the surrounding deck that includes a cozy sitting area, a grill, and an outdoor dining table. The yurt is 468 ft. which includes an enclosed bathroom. The kitchenette offers induction plates, air fryer, and an apartment size refrigerator. It is fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and cooking utensils. There is a full size couch beside a wood-burning stove and a full size bed, which includes all linens. The bathroom has a corner shower, a small sink, and toilet. There is a dresser and armoire for clothing storage. A smart TV and Internet for entertainment and work duties. The yurt is located on the same property as the residence house but remains private. Short-term rental preferred (6 months); No smoking; Rent to be paid on the 1st of the month; Renter pays water fee for excessive water use.
