Management
Easy email/ text communication. Terrible in person communication. Smoking when I arrived, threw it on the ground. Did not explain or talk about the layout at all.

Person showing property was smoking when I pulled up and threw it on the ground. Property had a strange smell, very poorly lit, and some things were half done/ broken. I would not rent here. The LLC is asking too much for broken furnishings and half done closets. Bathrooms are out dated, strange layout and rooms are very small.
