Apartment is located less than a block away from the Gateway Center University bus stop. Less than 2 blocks from War Memorial stadium. Lease end would be July 29th, 2026. There would be the option to renew into another 1 year lease provided the initial lease term goes well. Tenant responsible for gas and electric, which average $150/ month. Water and city services are included in rent. Application process is free, and it heavily emphasizes current rental history (must have 2 years at leats of recent rental or mortgage history), and employment. Upon application approval, we require a fully refundable Security Deposit to secure the unit from the market. We then ask to sign a lease within 24 hours of that point. Leases are sent out for review with application approval!
