The space The first floor of this chic and stylish townhome contains a larger living area with a 75" flat screen TV, the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. Up the staircase, you will find the kitchen, dining area, a second living room, and a bedroom with a king size bed. A bathroom with a stand-up shower is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom. The kitchen is extremely will equipped for anything you may need during your stay should you choose to cook at home. The living room on this floor has a 55" flat screen TV. The third floor contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom. A large additional bedroom on the third floor contains two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The TVs in the two main living areas are smart TVs with cable. All bedrooms contain a flat screen smart TV with with Roku. Up the spiral staircase you will find the piece de resistance - the roof top patio spanning the entire width of the townhome. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset views with a peak a boo ocean view on the sunrise side. Great for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. We have negotiated a 15% golf cart discount with a premier rental company. The discount code is provided with each reservation. The neighborhood has a beautiful community pool that is heated in the winter. Guest access Entire home and roof top patio. Renter is responsible for electric, water and sewer and damage. Owner covers internet and HOA fees and maintenance. Pool is heated year round and is covered in the HOA fee, paid by owner. Renter is responsible for cleaning fee of $350 at the end of the lease, plus 200 pet cleaning fee if applicable.
