    Feel at home in this unique flat on the third floor of a vintage walk-up building, so you will need to climb stairs. Its location can't be beat, with easy access to many attractions. This unique flat includes all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer. High thread count cotton sheets on the bed, comfortable feather pillows, great mattresses, and thick towels are provided. The bath products are from Public Goods. Coffee and other little amenities are supplied. Parking isn't included and the streets around the flat are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered. For the easiest parking, using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive is recommended. During your stay as a guest, you receive a free membership to The Metropolitan, a members-only club and co-working space located on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower (for reservations less than 14 days only). Shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, and the area feels peaceful and secluded. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber. Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville are an 8-minute walk away, the Southport Corridor is a 1-minute walk, the Music Box Theater is a 5-minute walk, the Metro Theatre is a 10-minute walk, Boystown is a 15-minute walk or 8 minutes via public transit, the Lakefront Trail and Belmont Harbor are 12 minutes via public transit or driving, the Lincoln Park Zoo is 26 minutes via public transit or a 15-minute drive, and downtown is 25 minutes via public transit or a 20-minute drive. There is an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key.
