Fast Wi-Fi and safety features like smoke/CO detectors and a first-aid kit are provided. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $75 each. Located in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake near Rogers, this home is just 15 minutes from downtown restaurants and 30 minutes from Bentonville's museums and shops. Boat ramps and marinas are nearby. Nearby hiking trails offer stunning lake views. A car is recommended. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and HOA rules. Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors and will incur a $1,000 fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors if butts are disposed of properly. Children must be supervised on decks, the steep path to the dock, and around fire features. Guests use the dock path, decks, and games at their own risk.
