This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit features a separate drive way, 1 car garage, full separate basement with washer and dryer. The home has gas heat and central ac. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has a semi open concept to the main floor with a large living room. The flooring on the main floor is waterproof vinyl plank flooring and is only a few years old. There is a large pantry, closet and the 1/2 bath on the main floor. Upstairs is the main bathroom and two bedrooms. We do not allow cats, but we do allow dogs with an additional security deposit and $50 per month fee per dog. The back yard isn't complete fenced but there is a privacy fence between the two units patios. Owner Pays water/sewer within reasonable use, Tenant Pays gas/electric and are responsible for maintaining the yard and clearing snow and ice from their units walkways/driveway.
