The property provides free parking space for 3-4 cars. Located just two miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, this home offers easy access to local attractions such as the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Cooter's Place, Community Center Fields, Parrot Mountain and Gardens, Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Guinness World Records Adventure, Earthquake The Ride, Star Cars Museum, and Gatlinburg Space Needle, all within a short drive. The Queen Bunk Bed is located in the loft. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. During winter, a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be needed. Some mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it's your first time in the area. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. This is a non-smoking cabin and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus cleaning costs. No pets are allowed. At least one guest must be 25 years or older and proof of age will be required at check-in. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage during the rental period.
