We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings. - No parties or events allowed -A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee applies -NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay). Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Please be mindful of the electricity.
