The home is clean and modern, featuring 2 upper bedrooms with a queen bed and a full-size bed, and a lower bedroom with a twin bed. The main floor living room, one of the main floor bedrooms, and the lower level family room each have a smart TV. A Keurig coffee maker is available in the kitchen. Located in the Harter Heights area of South Bend, the home is on the south side of campus. Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's are just a short walk away, while downtown South Bend and the UP Mall are both within a 10-15 minute drive. Uber, taxis, buses, and Bird Scooters are available for getting around. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo ID. Check-in starts at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking and vaping violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs, parties, gatherings, excessive noise, and pets are not allowed. Violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
