Everyone here has always gone above and beyond no matter what the circumstances were. From the smallest to the biggest, there were no big ones. And they continue to reach out and give their support whenever asked or needed. I’m by my next home from them without any hesitation.

Jon, Clayton and the rest of the team were great. The experience both pre and post closing has been good. I appreciate the team addressing all the issues our inspector found before we moved in and when we recently discovered a water leak though the roof on the 2nd floor due to an oversight from the roofer, the SM has been quick to address the issues!

From day one it has been a less than pleasant experience. I experienced several issues with the mortgage company which was later rectified. I then experienced several issues throughout the process due to my personal information being incorrect. I also experienced other issues Ive expressed concerns with that went unanswered. The construction person assigned to me for 30 days also doesn't communicate well or handke issues as he should. I am currently experiencing an issue with Orlando warranty and the electrical vendor. I was setup with an appointment to move my doorbell since it was placed incorrectly by the electricians according to my building plans for my home. The appointment was for 7/14/2025 from 12-4pm. the electricians never showed up or called. Even after Tanner construction manager confirmed with orlando warranty in the morning. as he seems to be an employee that cares and was trying to assist me. . They told him he wasnt to assist me with making appointments and stopped ang his calls. They also have been ignoring my emails and the subsequent claim i submitted on 7/15 to have the doorbell moved to the proper location. They have not responded and This may be because of my complaints to them. I have ssked for help regarding this matter and thus far am receiving no response or assistance from Stabley Martin. I am extremely disappointed with this company and if this matter is not resolved then Stabkey Martin , Orlando warranty and their vendors should be held accountable for breach if my contract which includes repairs under warranty.
