Overall a good experience. Did not like being pressured to use your partner lender. Wish the doors in our house were higher quality. Lots of construction debris behind our house in the shared space. Wish the builder would have taken care of that.
We had a great experience with Creative Homes - we love our house! We especially appreciated our experience working with Danielle in the design studio. She did an awesome job helping us make selections & designing the perfect house for our family. She gave us great options and insight.
I appreciated the professionalism of the people. Excellent communication. Loved the design center and the ability to truly personalize your home. Certain things seemed a bit expensive but having options and choice was nice. Joni, Danielle, Joe and Rob were awesome! Loved working with all of them. Quality home. Very happy with our new home. Can’t wait to see it all finished; with a driveway, yard, landscaping, and patio.
