The neighborhood sits within the Lee's Summit School District making it a great choice for families with children in Hawthorne Hill Elementary, Summit Lakes Middle school, and Lee's Summit West High. The neighborhood will feature two distinct areas: Homestead at Hook Farms and The Retreat at Hook Farms, which will offer spacious homesites, and homebuyers will have plenty of options to choose from when it comes to home designs.
