ICF homes are constructed to handle all types of disasters. Fire, Tornado, Hurricane. They have a higher energy efficiency rate and are quieter than a stick built home. The cost runs about 16% more than a 6 inch stud wall, but the overall savings from utilities and the sound reduction are worth it!
