Our firm holds an Employing Level Real Estate License with the Colorado Division of Real Estate and is a Licensed General Contractor in numerous Colorado jurisdictions. We are able to broker the purchase of a property, develop that property, design and custom construct on that property a one-of-a-kind mountain dream home. You have unique requirements, and while our model properties fit most, there may be a confluence of elements drawn from each that best suit your lifestyle. Inspiration may come from a quiet walk with a land specialist from Vitruvius Properties, through a lush aspen and pine forest, pioneering a passage into your new home site, absorbing the views along the way until the land tells you where a house is meant to be. From the views, sounds, smells, solitude and engagement with your surroundings, can spring forth your own, supreme inspiration. The price input for each model should be considered a placeholder. Land, site topography, proximity to utilities, grid-tied or grid-independent power source, water well depth, OWTS design requirements, and interior/exterior finishes participate in a constellation of features that drive a project's cost. Note: Model homes have been digitally 'dragged' on GPS to Golden, Colorado (our office location). Vitruvius Properties does not own an established subdivision in downtown Golden as GPS would suggest.
