    Lots of communication throughout the build process and they made the home readily available to us to visit and check on progress without much restriction. After moving in they have been very responsive to warranty related subjects.

    I don't have a problem with the home. Your sales rep was terrible. She sat on our signed paperwork for a week without submitting it. She didn't drop our keys off when she said she would. Our real estate agent had to chase her down to get them. She didn't send us materials she said she would.

    Loved the people we worked with and the overall experience. Would certainly do it again. One thing to point out would be for the workers in each contracted part to slow down a bit and pay attention to details. This would eliminate a few issues that have popped up after moving in.
