0.39 acre, modest contours, end of cul-de-sac backing up to a very large area of common property with a wide, flat, walkable gravel bottom of the ravine that leads to the most peaceful part of Lake Ann - the north thumb. If you do the walk, coming back you can tell where to go back up by looking for the 3 very large sycamore trees next to the level gravel wash area (now covered mostly in leaves - but obvious and open.)
