Florence Oregon is a quaint seaside town with plenty activities to be enjoyed whether fishing, riding in the dunes, enjoying some of the great restaurants or shopping downtown in the small shops. Living without the hustle and bustle of the big cites but only an hour away from Eugene where you can find the big box stores and top medical centers. I purchased this lot almost 20 years ago to build my dream home but unable to do so now. This is a high bluff lot but with a gentle slope. Some owners have build stairways to the water.
