The Sunset Suite is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second and third floor each with balconies and bathrooms. The third floor also has a jacuzzi tub and the kitchen/living room is on second floor. Off- Season Pricing: It is $6,500 per month for the 4 bed/4 bath, $4000 per month for either 2 bath/2 bath unit in the off-season Summer Pricing: $25,000 per month for the 4 bed/4 bath and $15,000 per month for either 2 bed/2 bath for July, August, and September and 15% off if you take the entire summer (Or Best Offer).
