The primary bedroom upstairs has a balcony and an updated ensuite bathroom. It has a sweet back yard with a complete outdoor kitchen and a walking gate to the street (the only one in the whole community). It also has a new tankless water heater, 2 assigned covered carport spaces next to the unit and a separate storage unit.
