The interior walls are pre-plumbed for heat pumps in bedrooms and main living area for AC in summer and secondary heat in winter. Walls are locally sourced 1” thick spruce boards on plywood backing; finish process leave a rustic look that is easily wipe-able. Interior walls are insulated with Rockwool for sound mitigation.
The Landscaping phase of the property has been paused due to listing, and its completion can be arranged to your preferences.
The Cabin is currently functioning as a short-term rental and is a registered lodge with the state of Maine. Lot is not zone-specific allowing this property to continue to function as a lodge or you can make it your own private residence.
