This smoke-free property prohibits smoking of any kind within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
