I am confined to the mainland as I go to the VA hospital in Texas for my treatments. I only spend a couple of months out of the year if that so I no longer need to hold on to this property. All my furniture is from when the Ritz-Carlton had it for sale. The mattresses are new from Costco and have been covered with a mattress protector. My condo is near everything the park is a block away the mall is less than a mile foodland is nearby, Queen K Mall and Costco's are also nearby as well as the high school elementary middle and college. Farmers market takes place every Saturday nearby. Very close to the beaches in Wailuku. All the plumbing pipes in the building have been redone with new pipes by the homeowners association. There is a small kidney shaped pool with a party area and barbecue grills. No showings of the property until I am back there in August at the latest. What the owner loves about this home
The view of the west Maui mountains and the ocean from my living room and Lanai. The constant ocean breeze so there's no need for air conditioning. Very quiet building near everything. Nice neighbors and older established families live here. Very good property manager on site. James he is very Caring and takes very good care of the building and keep you informed and helps with any matter you may have.
