House is newly built in 2022. Access to the community center exclusive to the neighborhood, powered by YMCA (included), features a gym. I will be getting photos together this weekend. No smoking allowed inside. There is no garage parking for any tenant, the 1 car garage is mostly storage. I am looking to rent for a 1 year lease term - but this could be potentially negotiated. Cats and small dogs are welcome but will will be evaluated on a case by case basis. There is a $50.00 per month pet rent fee. Tenant will be responsible for their own clean up in the shared spaces, and maintaining the upkeep of the private bedroom. There is a small lawn in the front and a little larger area of grass in the back. Currently the tenants share the responsibilities of mowing. Must have verifiable income.
