I am an interior designer by trade and wanted to use all the skills I learned from school and my work to create a beautiful living space for myself. That is what I have tried to do with my home here in West St. Paul.Unfortunately I now need to live closer to work but I can't bring myself to sell my home. That is why I am renting it. I am hoping a very nice family or roommates can move in and give it the care that I have. It has all of the original architectural details, molding, hardware, etc. which is all beautiful! It has been well maintained for the almost 100 years since it was first built. I love the layout; every room flows nicely to the next. All rooms are adequate in size and very open. Tons of windows & light.The area is minutes away from downtown St. Paul (7 minutes), Grand Avenue, West 7th area. The restaurants and bars in Mendota/Lilydale are the most convenient, and people drive from much further away to go to those specific places (Lucky's, Axels, Moose Country). Minneapolis is also only about 15 minutes away. The Minnehaha area and the Highland area are both only 10 minutes away.
