There is a propane fueled gas fireplace that is see through and can be enjoyed from the den or living room sides of the wall. This is the only nonelectric appliance, depending upon usage, it uses 1 or 2 four gallon tanks per year. While primarily for aesthetic enjoyment it can serve as a heating source during any extended power outage. The open plan KITCHEN features a builtin Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, oversized stainless steel sink, wall oven, dishwasher.
