This is a newly renovated home that we're just putting the finishing touches on. Just about new everything, including new kitchen with granite counter tops, LVT flooring, new windows, roof, central air, doors, trim, new sliding back door with deck (was just a window before), all new plumbing, and we've finished the basement and plan to coat the floor with an epoxy. There's a second bathroom in the basement also. Oh, and we blew in LOTS of insulation in the attic so heating and cooling bills should be as low as they can.
