The neighborhood is quite and great for walks, there is a playground just down the street and great for enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Unit is fully equipped with dishwasher and washer and dryer, typical linens, and everything you need in a typical kitchen. 1 month minimum. There is a cleaning fee and a fee per pet. All utilities included. no smoking in the unit. Street parking however I have never had or heard any issues about finding a place to park.
