Guest will have access to washer / dryer as needed, and upon checkout, housekeeping provided by the lessor will do laundry, including towels, sheets, bedding, and final clean. Note : At Guest39;s option we can provide additional weekly housecleaning services, where a cleaning service company will come in once a week for an additional $150 per visit. This cost will be paid additionally by Guest. The kitchen, family room, living room, all outdoor decks are to be maintained in proper order during guests stay.
