This is a nice home in the middle of town. Close to everything. It is across the street from the Market, Next door to the bank. You can see the movie theater from the front door. There’s a restaurant one block away. Court house across from bank. There are several parks and a public pool. The school is nice and was just built new a few years ago. Julesburg is a quiet little town that is constantly growing and a great place to live. We have loved it here, but my 84 year old dad needs to be closer to family and the V.A. clinics.
