Historic home, quiet duplex walking distance to campus The home is actually an 1880's farmhouse that we refurbished and converted into an up/down duplex with two unique, spacious 1 bedroom units. We tend to be a good match for single grad/professional students who want to be close to the eastside campus but in a quieter place.
