THE APARTMENT IS UNLOCKED FOR VIEWING Once you have viewed the inside of the apartment and you decide you would like to submit an application to rent it, please send the following information by email to the Craigslist address associated with this ad: 1. List of individuals (names and ages) who will reside in unit and their phone numbers 2. A PDF version of your credit report which you can get for free 3. Source and amount of monthly income. Please provide the last two months of pay stubs or, for self-employed persons, two months of bank statements 4. Current or most recent address with landlord name and phone number 5. County of residence for the past 2 years 6. Your animal situation 7. Copy of Driver's license of ID card for proof of your legal name. Feel free to mark out the card ID number. Once you send the email, text us at the number indicated in contact. The wooden floor is fir and easily ruined by dogs claws which I know from experience. If you have a service animal or emotional support animal, in order to have your animal in this unit you must have a physical or mental impairment that "substantially" limits one or more of your major life activities, such as walking, learning, or working. If your substantial impairment is not obvious, you must submit with your application a written verification by a licensed healthcare professional that you have a "substantial" impairment and that you "need" the animal due to your impairment.
