Off street parking in a long driveway. New carpet throughout and a relaxing beach environment. There is a shared backyard with a deck, fire pit and picnic table. The house is furnished and all utilities are included. Backyard is shared with the studio which the owner lives. The back bathroom is only for the use of the studio. There will be a housekeeper cleaning all spaces except the bedrooms which will be the tenants responsibility. Gardener will visit once a month. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
