There’s a covered gazebo area right off the pool with room for a fire pit, and outside furniture. Underneath the gazebo we added a space for our small dog to go in to beat the heat and added a water bowl as well. All appliances including refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher are all included in the sale of this home. New HVAC system was installed in 2020. New tankless water heater also installed in 2020. New roof installed in 2018. In addition to the original master bedroom closet there is also a giant walk in closet that we had built on in 2020. It’s great for married couples who don’t want to share one closet. We also used this closet as an area for our bassinet when we had a little one.
