I am going out of state for an internship next semester and I am looking for a subtenant for the Spring semester (January - May 2015) and/or the summer Semester (May - mid August 2015.) My apartment has a shared living room, kitchen, and washer dryer unit with two girl roommates. They are nice girls who study hard but still like to have fun. While they do have a shared bedroom, you would get your own bedroom and bathroom that is entirely furnished with a bed, couch, and two closets. The cost is $400 per month plus utilities. The bedroom is rather large and a great place to live. It is in Daniel Square on the first floor and is within walking distance to Clemson's campus. I am able to walk to all of my classes. It has all the benefits of living on campus without the noise and difficult far away parking.
