The gated community with established neighbors ensures a feeling of safety and belonging. You have views from almost every window of the Edna valley vineyards and rolling hills. Downtown SLO is 10 min away. Pismo Beach is 10 min away. There are award winning wineries like Tolosa and Talley within 5 min drive from your front door.
