It's a house with four bedrooms. I live in the back part of the house which is connected, but it's a private room with its own restroom. The room I'm renting is in the front part of the house it's not very big but it's not too small. I'm asking $900 a month utilities paid. The room will be ready to rent January 1st, 2026. I'm asking for first, and last month's rent to move in. So $1,800 all together. Utilities include electricity , water, gas ,and trash. Access to laundry, and access to some kitchen use. Since I'm only renting one room in the front it'll just be , one person with access to the front restroom. Unless I rent another room, which won't be for at least one year. So you will not have to share a restroom with anybody, at the present moment. I have my own restroom in the back. The room is for one person only, no couples. I don't have Wi-Fi or cable. If you want to get that , you can put it in your room. The $900 is for the room and utilities. It's not renting the house, I'm just saying that, because some people have different expectations.
