Looking for a dog-lover! Studio/granny unit in SLO, near French Hospital, tile floors, wood paneling, vintage/funky feel. Rent includes trash, water, sewer, gas, electric, and WiFi! Less than 2 miles to Cal Poly, less than 1 mile to Firestone Grill (downtown). Studio is attached to my home, entrance is through my garage, yard is shared with my 3 dogs. I love dogs, there are lots of them in my neighborhood, and they do bark during the day! SLO will only license 3 dogs per property, so it's unlikely the county would allow me to have a tenant with a dog. Cat or other animal considered. Studio does not include use of garage for storage, only as entrance/exit, and for using washer/dryer. No smoking. This rental is month-to-month.
