This area has just been approved for a casino built and run by the Venetian Sands, part of a $1 billion redevelopment of the old Bethlehem Steel plant. There will be a greenway located directly in front of the home on the old South Bethlehem Railway which parallels the entire redevelopment site and consequently connects to the heart of the dowtown area. This home has front row seats to a reformation of an historic icon. To the left will be a view of the Blast furnaces which will be stablized and covered with lights. To the right will be a view of the new casino located under the Iron Ore bridge which will also be restored and used as the main entrance.
