It has a complete new remodel, with new stainless steel appliances and new furniture. The houses are well stocked to need nothing more than clothes, groceries, and your favorite water toys. The owners, we live on site and share our kayaks, boards, water toys and boat docks, (as long as they are used safely and cared for of coarse).
The current pricing is wintertime monthly, all bills paid fully furnished. Daily pricing is also available. Deposit varies based on applicant qualifications, pets, duration of time, etc. Lease agreements can be covered in detail.
