Renting out my 1200 square ft, two-story townhome in South Tempe. I recently remodeled a lot of the home and just replaced the AC last week. The townhome is tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has a community pool, large grass areas that are all taken care of by the HOA. No animals, unfortunately. I am looking for renters ASAP but am flexible with a starting date. Property includes 2 parking spots (one covered) with multiple guest parking spots shared by the community. Tenant is responsible for water, electricity, and internet. Front yard in maintained by HOA. Small backyard is expected to be maintained by renter. Renter's insurance will be required. Tenants will be expected to obey HOA's rules.
