    We have closed admissions to our Open House. If we do not sign with a tenant on Sunday, July 12, we will start taking pre-approvals for another Open House. Meanwhile, you are welcome to contact us; we will notify you if we have an opening. __________ Two-bedroom, one-bath (approximately 750 sq ft) unit in one-story North Grover duplex (no shared walls), available first week of August. The apartment has been well cared for and has a small yard, one-car garage, W/D hook-ups and is near Grover's shopping, restaurants, and beach. Tenants pay electric, gas, and trash. Currently, landlord pays water, although units will be sub-metered so tenant will eventually pay their own water. Rent is $1,750. Security deposit depends on strength of credit and rental history. Owners live nearby and are very responsive. About our tenants The property is a non-smoking property. We have good neighbors and trust our new tenants will, likewise, be good neighbors. Looking for well-qualified, long-term tenants. Income at least 3 times rent, good credit, and strong rental history to qualify. Steps to apply: 1) Email us and introduce yourself. 2) We will reply with an Application Packet and detailed instructions to apply. Dog-friendly rental housing is in high demand; so, we encourage you to be thoughtful and thorough in your communications and application. 3) We will be accepting applications at the Open Houses and through Sunday, August 12 at 3pm.
