Close to 2nd Street and Osuna. It is about a 400sqft studio / casita house with private parking and a fenced yard. It has a very quite, comfortable, and cozy feel to it. The home has all wood floors and it is well insulated with a fully Fenced Backyard. It is recently updated with marble counters vinyl floors, and a really modern rustic feel. The neighbor has different farm animals and it backs up to a big farm. For being in such a convenient city location, it has a cool country living feeling to it. This is a very nice casita. The house is ready for move in now. I am asking $1000 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. We are not a huge property management company so we are looking for understanding people who are easy to work with. Rent is $1000 a month. Deposit is $1000 as well.
